Discord identifiers: guild IDs, channel IDs, and user IDs only as needed to operate commands and features.
Command usage metadata: basic command stats (e.g., counts, timestamps) to improve reliability and prevent abuse.
OAuth tokens for integrations: if you link third‑party services (e.g., MyAnimeList), we store only the tokens required to keep your account linked. You can unlink at any time.
Transient logs: short‑lived logs for debugging and uptime monitoring.

How We Use Information

To provide Bot functionality, respond to commands, and integrate with supported services.
To monitor uptime, performance, abuse, and ensure fair usage (e.g., cooldowns and rate limiting).
To improve features and overall quality of the Bot.

Retention

Identifiers and tokens are retained only while needed to provide the features you enabled. Transient logs are short‑lived. You can request deletion of stored data associated with your user ID at any time.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard stored tokens and identifiers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third‑Party Services

The Bot may interact with third‑party services (e.g., MyAnimeList APIs or bot listing sites you vote on). Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies and terms.

Your Choices

Unlink integrations at any time to revoke access tokens.
Request deletion of stored data tied to your Discord user ID.
Remove the Bot from your server to stop further processing there.
